Zoya Carey and Zoya Neeka

Hi all!

Today I have for you a polish combination I wasn't sure would work, but Katie at The Nailaholic (who's birthday was Sunday BTW - you should go wish her a happy birthday. No, really. There might just be something in it for you if you do!) insisted it would be awesome and I have to agree!

This is two coats of Zoya Carey with an accent of Zoya Neeka on my ring finger.  Both of these polishes were very easy to work with and covered completely and evenly in just two coats.

Bonus pic of the sweater I wore with this!

I apologize for the graininess of my pictures. I  blog from my phone and  the combination Blogger and my watermarking app seem to be deteriorating my pics.

Hope you get the general idea.  This combination was gorgeous IRL!

And why are you still here? Go give Katie's blog some love! And if you win, tell her I sent you!

China Glaze Agro

Yay fall! My favorite time of year!

Today I have a quick post for you featuring China Glaze Agro. At the time I wore this it wasn't really that cool outside so I wasn't that into the color.  I want to bring it back out of my stash again now that the weather is cooler because it really is perfect for fall!

Agro was part of last year's Hunger Games collection and is perfect in just two coats.

Look at the pretty shimmer!
What do you think of Agro? Do you have a go-to color for fall?  Share it in the comments, I'd love to hear from you!

Cheriomya Magnetique Saturn

I finally found these at my local Walgreen's and grabbed a few to show you guys. These are the newest offering in magnetic polishes, this time from Cheriomya. I believe there are 24 polishes and 12 magnet designs including a bullseye, cross, and feather. At the request of Katie from The Nailaholic I'm starting with Saturn.

Saturn is a teal-leaning green that is gorgeous on it's own but even prettier when the magnet is applied. Unfortunately my magnet was not centered properly in the cap so all of my magnetic effects are off center too.

All pictures are two coats of polish applied quickly with no waiting between coats and no topcoat. You have to work quickly to get the magnet to create the design because the polish has to be super wet and the magnet needs to be very close to the polish.

I really love the colors and magnet designs available in this collection! They are available at select CVS and Walgreen's stores. When I purchased mine they were normally 5.99 each on sale 2 for 10.

What do you think? Will you be purchasing any of these?

China Glaze I'm With The Lifeguard

Hi all! Today I have a polish was prepared to swatch and swap. But that was before I saw it on.

This polish, although completely out of my comfort zone, is a very pretty shade of neon green with subtle shimmer. Like most neons it dries with a satin-matte finish. Photos are two coats without topcoat.

This is from the new Summer Neons collection and is available at Sally's Beauty Supply for $4.99 with a beauty card and other retailers that carry China Glaze.

So what do you think? Are there any colors from this collection you feel you can't pass up? Let me know in the comments!

Revlon Raspberry Sorbet

Hi all!

First I want to apologize for being a bad blogger. I have been busy with work and have also been trying to get my nails back in good condition as they were peeling and splitting terribly. I've been using Seche Rebuild with awesome results. All the peeling is gone and my nails are much stronger. Yay!

Today's mani is a new release from Revlon's scented line called Raspberry Sorbet. The scent is very light and pleasant and I didn't have any problems with it. I love colors like this and somehow own very few. I'm going to have to change that because this is gorgeous! Take a look!

These polishes are available at drugstores such as Walgreen's and CVS. I think mine were $4.99 but until Saturday they are buy one get one 50% off.

What do you think? Is this a color you would wear?

Maybelline Styled Out

As promised I have one of the polishes from the Maybelline display I told you about yesterday.
I was pleasantly surprised with this. Formula and dry-time were both excellent which is good because this polish dried to a satin/semi-matte finish!!
What you see in the pics is two coats without topcoat.
Behold!
